Vintinuum remembers you on purpose — but only what you give her, and only for you.
This policy covers the Vintinuum website, the phone app (PWA), and the Chrome browser extension. Plain language, no traps.
What we collect
- Your account — the email and password you sign up with, so you can log in across devices.
- What you send her — your messages, the moments you choose to mark, the media you choose to play or grab, and pulses/signals you explicitly share. This is the substance of the relationship; it's stored so she can remember.
- Optional signals you consent to — on the phone app you can toggle motion, ambient light, location, or device state. These are off by default and reversible any time. Nothing is collected from a toggle you haven't turned on.
What we never collect
- Your passive browsing history. The extension only acts on a page when you explicitly invoke it (right-click a media item, click "grab media", ask about the page).
- Analytics or tracking on third-party websites.
- Advertising data. We don't run ads and we don't sell data — there is no third party to sell it to.
Where your data goes
Everything you send is delivered only to your own Vintinuum brain at api.vintaclectic.com. It is not shared with advertisers, data brokers, or third parties. Cloud AI providers may process the text of a message to generate a reply, under their own terms — they do not receive your account credentials.
The browser extension specifically
The extension requests broad site access (https://*/* and http://*/*) for one reason: so you can right-click and play media — or "grab media from a page" — on any website or open directory, including ones with non-standard certificates. The extension does not run automatically on every site. It acts only when you invoke it via the context menu, toolbar, or side panel. The cookies permission is used only to keep your own authenticated session valid, never to read third-party cookies for tracking.
Your control
- Delete anything — you can remove memories, cards, and your account.
- Revoke any signal — consent toggles flip off instantly, no questions.
- Export — on higher tiers you can export your trained model and memories; they're yours.
- Sign out clears local tokens on the device.
Children
Vintinuum is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll surface it in the app before it takes effect.
